Therefore, the establishment of colleges for newly-converted Muslims is needed
to solve these problems?the college should put emphasis on studies of the
precept and Arabic, not on reciting.
The establishment of a new faculty in the
Islamic Daawah University for newly-converted Muslims from outside the Islamic
community and the higher education of Islam would surely achieve great results
in the penetration of Islam after the students, who are well acquainted with both their society
and the religion, go back to their countries---as those who converted to Islam
from Christianity or Buddhism have contributed to Daawah
