今日は21 Julai 2010 / 9 Syaaban 1431 です。
それでいくと、シャーバーン月29日は8月10日となり、8月10日マグリブ後、国内各地点にて肉眼で新月を観測し、その情報をもとに新月委員会でラマダーン突入かどうかの決定を下します。それが午後9時頃のことです。

例年通り、8月10日午後9時頃このホームページのインデックスで発表しますので、注目していてください。

なお、現在国内主要地点のラマダーン時刻表を作成中です。
今年も昨年同様、北は北海道から、南は沖縄まで、21地点を選んでいます。

札幌、仙台、伊勢崎、つくば、春日部、さいたま、★東京、海老名、松本、新潟、射水、☆名古屋、岐阜、京都、☆大阪、★神戸、岡山、☆新居浜、別府、福岡、那覇です。
自分の居住地が上記のリストにない場合は、経度で最も近い都市を選び、新聞のこよみ欄などを参考に上記の都市との時間差を+または−して、自分なりの断食はじまりと終わりの時間を決めてください。

アップ完了しましたが、まだリンクを張ってないし、確認中です。

We pray to Allah (S.W.T.) to accept our good deeds, and bless the Muslim Ummah.
On Tuesday 29th of Shaban 1431 A. H. (August 10, 2010) you are earnestly requested to see the moon 10 minutes before and after sunset (Sunset time: 18:36) and inform the Islamic Center-Japan about the sighting of the moon or otherwise.
All masjids and Islamic organizations are members of Royat-e-Hilal committee, they are requested to send their representatives to Islamic Center-Japan on Tuesday August 10, 2010 at 8:30 P. M. so that Royat-e-Hilal committee will decide about Holy Month of Ramadan.
May Allah (Subhanahahu Wa Taa’la) bless the Muslim community of Japan with unity and good deeds.

国内の各マスジドは、日没前後にラマダーンの新月を、国内の各地点から観測してみてくださいとのことです。
