The Heads of Masajids, Musallahs and Muslim Organizations in Japan

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Brakatohu

All of you are requested to watch for the Hilal (Crescent) 10 minutes before and after the sunset (Sunset time 19:00 Tokyo) on Monday the 29th of Shaban 1434 A. H. (8th July, 2013). Please inform the Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan about the sighting of the Hilal (Crescent) or otherwise on the Tel. No. giving at the end.

As all the Masajids, Musallahs, Muslim Organizations in Japan are members of the Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan, their representative are requested to attend this meeting of Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan positively:


Date: Monday the 29th of Shaban 1434 A. H. (8th July, 2013) at 8:00 P. M.

Place: Masjid Hira (Gyotoku Mosque).
Address: Ichikawa Shi, Gyotoku Ekimae, 3 -3-19.

In this meeting we will decide about starting the month of Ramadan1434 A. H. Insha Allah.

マレーシアでは、ラマダーンの月は見えず、ラマダーン1日は7月10日ということになったようです。

ラマダーンの新月が見えなかったため、ラマダーン1日は7月10日（水
曜日）となります。

moon has neither been sighted in Japan, and nor in Malaysia.

KMIIは本日のマグリブからラマダーン月1日に入り、既にタラウィーフの礼拝を行っています。断食月は30日間と決定しており、イードは8月8日の予定です。

どうしてKMIIは独自におこなうのでしょうか？

日本の国内のマスジドは、日本のRuyat Hilal委員会の決定にしたがっています。
それに従わずに独自の見解でラマダーンの決定をくだすのは、イスラム社会に大きな混乱を巻き起こすことになります。
それも数的に最大勢力であるインドネシア人だけになおさらです。また、インドネシア人自体も、ラマダーンの始まり、終わりに、割れることになります。
cizmaさんがKMIIに意見できるならば、Ruyat Hilal委員会の決定に従うようにお願いできませんか？

意見する立場にありませんし、すでにインドネシア人の中で断食初日が割れています。うちなんか、家庭内で割れてますしね。
