The Ruet e Hilal Committee Japan is pleased to announce that 1 Dhulhijah 1430 will begin on Wednesday November 18, 2009 as the moon has not been sighted in Japan but has been sighted in Malaysia. It means Eidul Adha will be on Friday November 27, 2009.
